30 Months In Prison For Denial Of Service Hit On Politicians’ Websites | Techdirt. 9 November 2010

the comment is that it is too harsh a sentence. For an author that championed freedom of expression, I found the post quite contradictory. I don’t think it is too harsh. Albeit, like one of the comments made on  TechDirt website, I agree that there is no “uniformity” within sentencing and that we may want to reconsider the criteria used to decide whether it is one, ten or thirty months.
