Internet filtering after court’s ruling

interesting reasoning, although I have not checked everything in teh Cour de cassation’s ruling.

The French Superme Court considered that the obligation to filter, once a decision has been taken about pirated files, should only apply if the exact link to the materials is provided. If it is not, it should not stand given that it would entail monitoring the internet, as opposed to simple filtering
